If you have been on the receiving end of behaviour that violates our core values such as:

• A buyer will not honour the deal and pay
• A seller will not honour the deal and send
• Abusive and unwanted messages from a member

Or you have witnessed behaviour that goes against our community core values such as:

• Listed items that are clearly fake
• Listed items that are reproduction and/or designed to deceive

Then contact support@thecollectoralliance.com with as much evidence and explanation as you can such as screenshots and what you believe to be the violation. We have zero tolerance for such behaviour and will act swiftly.

We take these matters seriously and if proven, it is highly likely the offender will have their membership terminated for life.
